Foundation Golf Academy (FGA) is a first outdoor/indoor golf facility in the East Bay that offers individual and group golf instruction/coaching.
Using the latest cutting-edge technology (SKYTRAK), FGA coaching helps take your game it to the next level - whether you're a beginner, an experience tournament player or a junior golfer looking to develop a more competitive game.
Combining both virtual on-site training and driving range instruction, we provide the best in golf instruction here in the East Bay .
What is SKYTRAK?
SkyTrak is a personal launch monitor that delivers instant and real-time 3D shot analysis and ball-flight data. Displayed on a screen, where you will have access to a realistic practice range that allows you to practice away from the course. Get instant feedback on ball speed, launch angle, backspin, and many more data points.
LESSONS/COACHING
Lessons at the Foundation Golf Academy facility in Emeryville are 1 1/2 hours and include an introduction to the fundamentals of the golf swing. It will include a focus on your grip, stance, ball position. In addition, video analysis of your golf swings using the latest SKYTRAK video technology. I will supply you with training tools to improve your swing and feedback on what to practice between lessons.
